Though it may not be free, unless you have a friend or family member create and make it, it can be relatively cheap and inexpensive. You can go out, buy the materials and create a masterpiece without forking over too much cash. Just think of all the money you can save. If you buy a bed set from the store you could be spending hundreds of dollars.

This is where custom crib bedding can get a little more pricey. You may know what you want the bedding to look like. You may know exactly what its made of. But, you are not skilled with a sewing machine or needle and thread. What you can do is find someone to make it for you. You tell this person what you want and you pay them to make it.

Time

Whether you make the bedding yourself or you commission someone to make it, its going to take time. And, it could take a lot of time depending on how extravagant the design is. This may be the only bad part of baby bedding, especially if you are making it yourself. You may find that you don’t have enough time to ever finish a custom crib bedding. You can easily commission someone to make it, but you have to be patient. Don’t rush whoever is making your custom crib bedding. It is a work of art, and they are the artist.
